Payment information. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVC. We receive limited information from Stripe needed to manage your subscription, such as your subscription status, plan, and billing dates.

Usage information. We collect information about how you use the app, including pages viewed, tips viewed, and general device and browser information, to keep the service working properly and to understand how members use it.

Communications. If you contact us for support, we keep a record of that correspondence.

Marketing and advertising data. If you find us through a paid ad (for example, on Instagram or Facebook), those platforms may collect information under their own privacy policies when you click through to our site. We may use tools such as Meta’s tracking pixel to measure how our ads perform. You can control ad tracking through your device and platform settings.

• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Deliver tips, results, and other member content

• Base44, our application hosting and backend provider

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your account and associated information, subject to what we’re required to retain for legal, billing, or record-keeping purposes
