BetzMate Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By subscribing to BetzMate, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Digital content, access granted immediately

BetzMate is a digital subscription service. The moment your payment is processed, you’re granted immediate access to member tips, analysis, and results. Because that access can’t be “returned” once given, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, early cancellation, or unused time remaining in a billing period.

2. Subscriptions renew automatically

Every BetzMate plan (3-Day Pass, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the interval stated for that plan, until you cancel.

Cancelling stops future billing. It does not refund the current period you’ve already paid for, and you’ll retain access until the end of that period.

3. When a refund may apply

We will consider a refund only in these limited circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same billing period (duplicate charge)
• A technical fault on our end prevented you from accessing the Service entirely for the period you paid for
• You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription

We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with tip results, betting outcomes, or the performance of any tip or strategy. Sports betting carries inherent risk, and our Content is not a guarantee of profit.

4. How to request a refund

If you believe you’re entitled to a refund under Section 3, contact us within 7 days of the charge at admin@betzmate.com, including the email address used at checkout and the date of the charge. We’ll review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Before you file a chargeback

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at admin@betzmate.com. Most issues can be resolved directly and faster than through your bank or card provider.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first does not waive our right to dispute it. We retain records of account access, tips viewed, and Stripe checkout consent, and we will provide this evidence to the payment processor or card issuer if a chargeback is filed for a period where the Service was accessed as paid for.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your charge is the one that applies to that charge.
