BetzMate Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BetzMate. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of app.betzmate.com and any related services (the “Service”). BetzMate is a registered Australian business (ABN 94 323 368 701), operating out of Victoria, Australia (“BetzMate,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

“Content” means tips, analysis, results, commentary, and any other material we publish through the Service.

“Member” or “you” means anyone who accesses or uses the Service.

“Subscription” means a paid plan giving access to member-only Content, on the terms set out in Section 5.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using BetzMate, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that accessing sports betting content is legal where you live.

3. Nature of the service

BetzMate provides sports betting tips, analysis, and commentary for entertainment and informational purposes.

We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or licensed gambling operator. We do not place bets on your behalf and do not facilitate wagering in any way.

Tips and analysis reflect our own opinions and research. We make no guarantee that any tip will be successful, and past results, including any unit figures or win rates we publish, are not a guarantee of future performance.

You are solely responsible for any betting or financial decisions you make, including whether and how much to stake.

4. Responsible gambling

Betting carries financial risk. Please bet within your means and treat our Content as one input into your own decision-making, not financial advice.

5. Subscriptions and payments

We offer subscription plans (currently including a 3-Day Pass, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly), each billed on a recurring basis at the interval stated for that plan, until cancelled.

By subscribing, you authorise us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.

You’re responsible for keeping your billing details current. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you; continued failure may result in your access being paused.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid for.

6. Refund policy

Because access to our Content is granted immediately on payment, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, early cancellation, or unused time remaining in a billing period.

If you believe you’ve been charged in error, or you’re experiencing a technical issue preventing access you’ve paid for, contact us at admin@betzmate.com within 7 days of the charge and we’ll look into it.

7. Account responsibilities

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account, login, or member-only Content with anyone who hasn’t paid for access
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our Content for any commercial purpose
• Scrape, mine, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Impersonate BetzMate or claim an affiliation with us that doesn’t exist
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches this section.

9. Intellectual property

All Content, branding, and materials on the Service belong to BetzMate or our licensors and are protected by Australian copyright and trademark law. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view Content for your own use. It does not give you any ownership or right to redistribute it.

10. Disclaimer

We aim for our Content to be accurate and well-researched, but we don’t warrant that it’s complete, error-free, or guaranteed to be profitable. Sports betting outcomes are inherently uncertain.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetzMate disclaims all liability for any loss, including financial loss from betting decisions, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct harms BetzMate, other members, or the integrity of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
